Modern modular construction in creating objects from spatial, previously prefabricated solids - modules. Its advantage is the speed of execution and assembly, and the possibility of obtaining very high insulation and ecology of houses. Modules can be made of steel or wooden structure, and with use of modern prefabricated materials, they can successfully create low-energy residential houses. The combination of the advantages of modular construction with a high-quality architectural design allows for the creation of distinctive modern buildings, especially in residential construction.
